Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Read build instructions from computer monitor ensuring proper length, type and color of materials


• Visually inspect for defects throughout process


• Verify proper size, color, customer, and configuration (hardware) of each screen


• Insure standard work adherence


• Apply labels to frame upon completion


• Cross-train to ensure proficiency in neighboring positions


• Using hand rolling, sharp knife, and pneumatic tools to secure cloth and accessories to frame


• Sequence into rack, shipping cart or pallet

Qualifications

• Ability to stand through the full shift


• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs


• Ability to manipulate small screen components by hand


• Ability to use hand tools including tape measure, air drill, pneumatics fixed straight-cut saw


• Must be able to meet standardized production goals


• Ability to follow both written and verbal directions


• Must have flexibility to work occasional overtime or additional shifts


• Strict adherence to safety policies
