Job Summary

Under minimal supervision the Senior Forecast Analyst is responsible for evaluating trends in data and coming up with solutions to improve the business's efficiency and productivity. This position works closely with senior leadership to create and execute growth strategies as well as working alongside all levels of call center leadership to handle a wide range of duties in relation to staffing, planning, intraday management, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation, creation and management of long, medium and short range forecasts and staffing plans


• Continuous monitoring of operational performance and development of action- plans for leadership when they deviate from budgeted metrics and track progress to plan


• Successful engagement and thought leadership in multiple initiatives simultaneously by working independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals


• Proactive communication and collaboration with external and internal parties to analyze needs against requirements and provide results


• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to create and maintain reporting, and forecasting while ensuring accuracy and cohesiveness


• Other duties and reporting as required

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively


• Works well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines with short time constraints


• Ability to communicate effectively via email, chat, in person and by phone

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field such as statistical analysis or equivalent work experience


• 3-5 years related work experience forecasting / planning in a contact center workforce planning environment


• Expert level skillset in Aspect eWorkforce Management Suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint


• Experience in performing Workforce Management functions for up to approximately 2,000 employees
