The Payroll Analyst is responsible for processing and analyzing payroll data for all Mercy communities. Responsible for the entire payroll process from start to finish ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.


  • Experience: Three to five years of payroll experience, working in a high volume, fast paced payroll area.

  • Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent

  • Preferred Experience: Multi-state payroll experience a plus.

  • Other: Must have: excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, ability to prioritize work and work independently, meticulous attention to detail and follow through, outstanding ability to meet and exceed customer requirements. Must have excellent written, oral and human relations skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
