Job Title: Global Renewals Manager

The Who, What, Why, and Where Aptean is looking to fill a key leadership position within our new Recurring Revenue Operations (RecRevOps) group. As a leader within Aptean's new RecRevOps group, the Renewals Manager is responsible for identifying, planning, and coordinating revenue growth strategies from our existing customer base as well managing a global team of Customer Advocates. The goal of the global Renewals team is to provide a world-class customer experience, to introduce cross-functional initiatives and to drive increased recurring revenues.

Who?

We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience leading customer facing teams (sales, renewals, account development)

Additionally we'd like this person to have the following skills/ abilities:
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of supporting a variety of stakeholders
  • Exhibits sound business judgment and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and providing clear answers to complex problems
  • Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
  • Ownership mentality with a track record and ability to "get things done"
  • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
  • Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks

What?

1. Manages daily, monthly, quarterly, annual targets for the global team of Customer Advocates

2. Analyzes team performance and customer data to determine revenue growth strategies

3. Assists the team with customer escalations and negotiations

4. Coaches team on best practices from a customer and professional standpoint

5. Evaluates business practices/processes to identify areas for improvement

6. Leads interactions with internal stakeholders to drive alignment across customer engagements and to ensure strategic alignment from a value-proposition standpoint
