  Position Summary
  
  
  • 
    Represents organization in all patient settings serving as a liaison. Performs key pre-analytical functions such as, but not limited to, specimen collection, specimen processing, and order entry. Also performs waived testing, quality control, and specialty collection.

  Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

    Education: High School Diploma/GED.
    
  
  
  • 
    License/Certifications: PBT/MLA preferred. Acceptable certification agencies: ASCP, AMT, NHA. Driver's License required.
    
  
  
  • 
    Experience: Minimum of 6 months required in Phlebotomy and Specimen Management. 1 year of related experience preferred.
