DuPont Community Credit Union currently has an opening for a Solution Officer in Waynesboro, VA. This position manages the performance of a portfolio of consumer loans through the initiation of collection processes.  Job duties include but are not limited to: collection activity primarily by phone, skip tracing, and recommending repayment terms.  This position will also analyze accounts for legal action to include initiating repossessions, court actions, and reviewing accounts for charge off.

 

The successful candidate will possess a 4 year degree or equivalent work experience, knowledge of collection procedures and regulatory requirements. Exceptional communication skills to include excellent listening skills.  This candidate will also possess the ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions, strong keyboarding skills, experience in credit counseling and the ability to work confidential files and materials.
