The Position: 

Quality Control Clerks work under the supervision of quality control managers and have the following responsibilities: ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, compiling data from various samples, preparing reports, and performing clerical duties for quality control staff.

Responsibilities:
•    Filing paperwork such as FMCSA paper and Bill of Lading paperwork.
•    Learn Traffic responsibilities as Backup for the Traffic Associate.
•    Label and file Transfer Quality pictures on Server.
•    File travel sheets, critical audits and gate check sheet records.
•    Check spotters log against yard report.
•    Label and file Transfer Gate pictures on server.
•    Record data on Yard Audits, Multipoint Audits and Critical Audits.
•    Assist in preparing files for move and archive and special projects as needed.
 

Requirements:
•    High school or equivalent (Preferred)
•    Majoring in Quality or related school field.
