Department: Phlebotomy and Reception
Hours: 2:00p - 10:30p
In this role, you will provide supervision for daily operations of assigned laboratory section (i.e. Histology, Phlebotomy, Central Processing, and Transfusion Support & Services). Ensure optimal daily flow and allocation of resources to meet demand for services with available staff. Address technical or service problems as necessary.

Qualifications:
This position requires an Associate's degree and three years laboratory operations experience including one or more years progressively responsible laboratory operations experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Demonstrated ability to prioritize the demands of daily operations and organize resources required. Also requires demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, active listening skills and conflict mediation ability. Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and build effective teams also required.
