This Position:
DocuSign is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support the site reliability and service infrastructure aspects of our Product Technical Operations team and Data Center Environment. This position requires a depth of technical experience working with highly available environments and complex system architectures, as well as bold resourcefulness and high energy to drive projects to on-time completeness. To be successful in this position, the candidate must be self-directed and self-motivated, yet capable of taking instruction and feedback. This role will interface with several teams on wide ranging projects requiring clear communication and strong organization skills.


This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to Director, Release and Technical Program Management.


Responsibilities:
* Partner with Network, Compute, Storage, Architecture, Live-Site and other engineering and operations teams to drive priorities across functions to meet project timelines
* Define targets and metrics for your project areas and regularly measure to ensure accountability
* Assist in troubleshooting a variety of issues across software and hardware deployed globally in DocuSign datacenters
* Continually work towards making process improvements in our scaled agile environment


Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent
* 8+ years relevant experience as a Technical Program Manager, Support, Operations or Systems Administration role
* Ability to coordinate tasks across functional groups, manage cross-functional projects to completion, communicate and coordinate with a wide variety of individuals and teams


Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Security Policy configuration and maintenance
* Experience using business applications such as JIRA, Confluence, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
* Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
* Experience writing technical documentation
* Natural aptitude for both teaching and learning from others in a collaborative team environment
