The Director, VMS Solution Delivery designs and constructs VMS solutions for the AMN enterprise and strategic MSP Clients, provide sales support to AMN Workforce Solutions sales team with complex MSP Opportunities requiring a VMS solution as part of their program.

Job Tasks:

• Technology Solution Design
  
  
  • Consults with customers to map out requirements to assess the best VMS technology to support their MSP
  
  
  • Build a VMS roadmap and maturity model for customers based on key features and integrated solutions to maximize efficiencies.
  
  
  
  


• Solution Design for VMS Tools
  
  
  • Architect options for complex clients - new and existing - that meet the demands or changes in demand of the program.
  
  
  • Build VMS strategy around multiple service lines - determine current state requirements and establish plan for future opportunities
  
  
  • Advise/consult with MSP implementation team on VMS solution design/configuration for new MSP clients.
  
  
  • Consult on client scaling or complex client integrations
  
  
  • Hire Fieldglass consulting services when necessary and with appropriate approval
  
  
  
  


• VMS Product Expert
  
  
  • Continually evaluate leading industry capabilities
  
  
  • Continuously improvement on integration solutions, best practices and technology design.
  
  
  • Design, recommend, advise on improvements to technology/VMS for the future of our MSP offering
  
  
  • Define standards / model for our MSP clients by helping our strategic and enterprise clients succeed
  
  
  
  


• Architect VMS client solutions including Workday, Kronos, PeopleSoft and other integrations


• Work directly with our existing and new integrated clients to design solutions for new initiatives and programs.

Education, Certifications & Experience

Minimum Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or MBA

Preferred Education/Certifications:

• Degree in Business or Accounting

Minimum Experience:

• 7 years experience with healthcare and/or staffing operations, project management, or equivalent. VMS solution design and process mapping experience


• Past PPM Training or certification


• Past Six Sigma, LEAN or other Quality Management Experience
