i360 is seeking an RPA UiPath Developer with (8+)yrs of broad experience in business process analysis, streamlining, and automation using RPA tools/technology such as UiPath. The successful candidate must be proficient in business, financial management, project/cost management, and reporting process flows and data flows. Must be able to assess current business processes, evaluate enabling technology functions and streamline business processes using automation tools and other process innovations to meet requirements, improve operational efficiencies, quality, accuracy, and reduce costs. This role is remote – the worksite is Washington DC. This project will begin on-boarding in April 2021.
Responsibilities:
Successful Candidates will be responsible for providing a deep understanding of and show experience with designing developing UiPath automations and bots to automate business processes in the financial management, project management, accounting, cost management and reporting areas. The individual should be proficient in understanding process flows and data flows and in developing automations and bots using data from multiple systems and sources to streamline business processes to meet requirements, improve operational efficiencies, quality, accuracy, and reduce costs.
Position Requirements:
Must have 8+ years relevant professional experience in systems analysis/development including a minimum of 3 years’ experience working hands on in UiPath automation and bot design/development/ implementation Must be Knowledgeable and have hands-on experience with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc. to automate business processes
Must have excellent English language Verbal and Written Communication skills
Must have the ability to support strong collaborative experience working within teams
Must have excellent customer-facing skills
Must have strong analytical, collaborative, organizational and problem solving skills
Must have a strong commitment to administering quality solutions and services to our client(s)
Must be able to take initiative and have the ability to work independently with proactive problem-solving skills
The selected candidate will be required to undergo a successful Federal background investigation before being approved for project
Functional and technical knowledge of R12.2 Oracle EBS Financial Application modules: Purchasing (PO), Account Payable (AP), Payments (IBY), Projects Accounting (PA), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA)
Additional Qualifications Preferred:
Experience with Oracle R12.2 EBS Federal Financials applications a plus
Understanding of Federal or Public Sector accounting/reporting requirements and processes a plus

Must hold a BS/BA degree in relevant discipline such as MIS, IT, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, and Finance
Local to Washington DC; or be located in the Eastern or Central time zones
