We are seeking an EDI Coordinator to manage the set up and testing of new EDI trading partners and new transaction sets for existing customer, working in partnership with IT resources. You will also be responsible for researching and correcting all complex EDI errors when possible and communicate all issues to the Customer Service contacts and EDI Manager for resolution. Additionally, you will set up and maintain EDI customer profile information in a data base, report all updates on weekly highlights create and run reports and provide backup for the Manager of Customer Service Systems. as well as the EDI Administrator.
