Department Lead


  • Manages inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use, advises others on ordering when necessary

  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks

  • Answers team members questions, helps with team members problems, and oversees work for quality and guideline compliance

  • Prioritize work load based off order demand and capacity

  • Communicates deadlines and goals to team members; shares team performance and company objectives

  • Develops strategies to promote adherence to company regulations and performance goals

  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations

  • Training employees in specific area tasks and for ensuring that the shipping process is in compliance with Renfro and customer requirements

  • Ensures company materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company standards

  • Ability to operate heavy equipment in a busy environment
