Customer Solutions

Responsibilities could include:

·         Guiding our diverse clientele quickly and effectively through our enormous inventory to find the specific products they need to meet their business goals

·         Identifying new customer opportunities, responding to current customers, and enhancing our marketing file with findings from your research

·         Providing value-added solutions to our customers’ unique questions, based on sound research and data analysis

Strong candidates should have excellent research and writing skills, be able to multi-task, as well as think creatively and critically in order to meet new challenges.
