1. Ensures flawless Lean execution of the Testing flow cell and Chem Receiving. 
• Ensure proper testing of raw materials.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable SOPs, Work Instructions, Test Methods, and Standard Work.
• Ensures compliance with good documentation practices (GDP).
• Ensure compliance with non-conforming material processes.
•Ensures accurate and timely completion of cell records, including all digital transactions regarding RM inventory.
• Assist with receiving, sampling and putting away raw materials.

2. Understanding and maintaining a culture of “Lean-Action” within the department so that we live lean better than any other organization. 
• Ensures continuous improvement of quality, productivity, delivery, and safety through sustained MDI activities and application of A4 problem solving.
• Ensures that cell Standard Work is always current and accurate.
• Institutionalize and audit 5S in all aspects of the flow cell. (sort, straighten, shine, standardize and sustain).
