Cashier/Receptionist- Part-Time at Fred Beans Ford, Inc in Doylestown, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist for our Hyundai in Doylestown, PA!

Wednesday and Thursday night 5:00pm-8:00pm, Friday 8:00am-5:00pm , Every other Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing and assisting customers upon arrival.
Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answer the phones promptly.
Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
Close out repair orders in computer.
Prepare and make deposits.
File assorted document for both service and accounting departments.
Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments.
