The NetSuite Financial System Administrator is at the heart and soul of any Accounting team. Their day-to-day duties involve accounting system support, project management, configuring and maintaining the software so our Association can maximize its workflow and achieve its goals, with ease and accuracy. This role requires a techno-functional skills set, great versatility with accounting knowledge and technical know-how. You will be expected to ensure the backend functions correctly, be able information in a user-friendly and service oriented manner for all members of the team, and finally, have a firm grasp of the trends affecting the NetSuite product and NFP industry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Help administer and configure NetSuite Association wide; create and maintain users, roles, permissions, perform mass updates, integration, NetSuite forms, other configuration, and maintenance.
Design, build, and maintain custom searches, reports and objects within NetSuite.
Creation and maintenance of user guides, manuals and Standard Operating Procedures for key NetSuite supported processes.
Proactively monitor new NetSuite feature releases and functionality changes, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
Manage rollouts of process and tool changes by initiating proactive communication with impacted users and by providing user training and support to business partners in Operations, Finance & Accounting as appropriate
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures. Contribute to and maintain system standards
Assist with bringing in additional entities' data into NetSuite and validating data.
Create required reports in response to business user needs
Create and maintain documentation commensurate with company standards
Research and recommend innovative, and whenever possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale.
Provide Tier 2 and other support per request from the Service Desk or in case of events. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
Delivery of training and support end user adoption

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of ERP and system implementations experience, helping companies through all phases of an implementation
2-3 year experience with NetSuite post go-live Administration and business support
Ability to independently manage projects from planning through completion
Finance & accounting background ideal
Demonstrated strong business judgement and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high impact initiatives.
Previous experience with change management
NetSuite experience required - lead system design, implementer and/or administrator role.

These additions are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned and required as needed:
Enhanced cleaning in areas where the employee is not directly/normally assigned as well as normally assigned areas. All employees are expected to assist in and support the efforts of the GPY YMCA when it comes to health and wellness for the facility and other locations where the GPY YMCA conducts business. All employees are expected to wipe machines, screens, computers, or anything that is used after they use it, all employees are expected to wash their hands on a frequent basis (recommended every 30 minutes if possible), and use hand sanitizer when hand washing is not available.

Directing Members/Visitors in areas where the employee is both normally and not normally assigned
The employee may be assigned to areas other than their normally assigned area as needed to meet organizational needs. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of spoken word to impart oral information and to convey detailed, spoken instructions to staff, members, children, and volunteers accurately, quickly, and loudly. Ability to perceive the nature of sounds by ear; ability to lift and carry 50-75 pounds; ability to maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling. Ability to move about on foot quickly; ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships so as to see objects where they actually are and clearly see at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Exposure to high levels of noise and various environmental conditions.
Acquire and maintain the following certifications:
CPR/AED/O2/First Aid obtained through the American Red Cross (valid 2 years)
Requisite OSHA online trainings (valid 1 year unless otherwise noted)
Mandated Reporter Training (valid 5 years)
Additional training and development specific to your role as reference in onboarding packet.
