The Role
The Sr. Manager eCommerce Operations & Optimizations is a data driven, process-oriented role with an understanding of both the technology and process sides of the business. The Sr. Manager eCommerce Operations & Optimizations will oversee teams responsible for order fulfillment, automations and data insights. The role will cultivate improvement through these areas while being product owner for the order management systems and motivating iterative change through a technical team of programmers. An excellent candidate for this role will treat data and insights as a tool for positive change. They will be an accountable leader to their team members to build meaningful teams passionate about data, insights and KPIs.
Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Leveraging of data and insights tools with ability to do more than build reports but ask the right questions that provide insights to facilitate action.
Ownership of multiple teams to meet defined goals and targets.
Translation of business requirements into technical requirements and delivery through a technical team.
Optimize the business through process, automation and technical solutions & teams.

Ability to forecast & guide the budget
Experience working in agile environment on a product team
Ability to multitask will be a key component and ability to delegate through team members
Ability to define key metrics vital to a business and develop through KPIs
Leadership skills and ability to develop teams
We’d love to hear from people with
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Education in business or business management
Knowledge of MS Office products including: Outlook, Excel & Word
2 + years in data insights and/or data ownership
2+ years of experience working with technical delivery team
Prior eComm experience preferred
Experience in data visualization through OBIEE, Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization platform
Understanding of business process optimization techniques and application
