JOB SUMMARY
The Business Planning & Analysis department oversees the preparation of the Operating and Capital budget for the Organization and is responsible for preparing Financial and Operational analysis directed to evaluate performance for different areas of the organization and identify areas where revenue and cost savings opportunities can be achieved. This position will serve as direct support to the Financial and Business Analytics area of the organization by delivering complex analysis of financial and utilization data. The Sr. Financial & Data Analyst will develop financial reporting & analysis required by different areas of the organization and external partners. The Sr. Financial & Data Analyst will be able to independently perform analysis tasks and give recommendations with little guidance.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education
A.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Admi or related field
B.
Experience
A.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budget, data analysis and healthcare analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience to demonstrate ability to succeed in Financial and Business analytics. Demonstrated analytical/data modeling skills with ability to give sound recommendations based on evaluation of financial indicators. Demonstrated initiative and problem- solving skills.
B.
Experience in financial evaluations and ability to analyze operation and financial indicators for different business units. Experience in Healthcare industry with understanding of data in Healthcare organizations.
