Internship: Approximately 10 weeks; June to August. The 2021 Arrow Internship Program will be 100% virtual. All events, training and meetings will be virtual. Arrow will supply all interns with company equipment.
Based on your experience and interests, you will interview with and work on a team for approximately 10 weeks during the summer. Interns may be considered for potential full-time opportunities on based on their internship performance.

Requirements & Skills
Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2022
Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) , virtually, during the summer (June through Mid-August)
3.0 GPA or Higher
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize based on opportunities and effectively multitask
Basic knowledge of Computer programming
Design technical specification document for RPA Projects
Should have some experience on Automation tools like UiPath,
Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc. Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving
Experience using Microsoft Office
Detail oriented mindset
Proven ability to work with a variety of people and develop strong working relationships
Treat highly confidential information with utmost integrity
This is a paid position.
Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
