The Credit Risk Marketing Manager, Business Services is responsible for initiating and executing fully integrated and innovative marketing programs to drive awareness, create demand and manage customer retention for Credit Risk solutions. This role will support marketing solutions that help focus on the vast data- driven analytics that allow B2B and B2C customers to make better credit decisions and foster economic inclusion.
The successful candidate will manage all marketing activities including but not limited to lead generation (direct mail, digital advertising, search, email, events and webinars), content development and promotion (blog, social, email, eBook, infographic, etc.), go to market, event experiences (logistics, contracting, communications and activation) and marketing communications. This role will navigate a matrixed environment while collaborating closely with stakeholders across functional areas to achieve revenue and profit targets for assigned solutions. The position reports to a Marketing Director for the Business Services division.
Accountabilities:
Develop fully integrated strategic marketing plans with objectives around awareness, demand generation and retention
Execute marketing deliverables and tactics such as direct mail, digital advertising, search, email, events, social, webinars, etc.
Create high impact messaging and thought leadership content such as eBooks, infographics, whitepapers and more, for web, social, blogs, video, print, etc.
Coordinate event (tradeshows, user conferences, customer meetings and webinars) logistics, negotiations, activations and communications
Oversee creative development of marketing materials and coordinate promotion activities through internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors
Work with various stakeholders for go to market product launches including development of communications, materials and promotions
Manage marketing budget and work with the Analytics team to track, analyze and report marketing results per initiative
Other duties as assigned such as marketing deliverables for acquisition integration and product migrations
Qualifications
4-year college degree preferably in Marketing or Business, MBA preferred
A minimum of 7 years in marketing experience required, B2B marketing or technology fields preferred
Strong competence in project management and organization with ability to handle multiple projects/deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Critical thinker and problem solver
Highly influential communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and partners
Experience with lead generation programs including use of marketing automation tools
Proficient with content development and management
Experience with digital and direct response marketing programs
Acumen in strategic planning and executing integrated marketing programs, campaigns and tactics
Expertise with event planning and activation
Experience with agency management, creative oversight and contract negotiations
Self-starter and passionate with strong bias towards driving results
Proven ability to optimize programs to meet goals using analytics
Ability to travel as necessary
