Precision Countertops is a leading custom countertop manufacturer in the United States; we service Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.  With over thirty years of experience manufacturing and installing countertops, we have thousands of satisfied customers. We are currently recruiting for a Part time Project Coordinator Admin Assistant. Our success lies in the people we hire. Duties & Responsibilities:

It is important to us to create and thrive in a team culture that emphasizes world class customer service. We are looking for a flexible person who is willing to work a part time schedule.  You should be a highly organized individual who can be the hub of communication between customers and our Project Coordinators.


  • Assist our team in helping to reach out to new and existing customers to see if they are ready to move forward with their projects.

  • Maintain exceptional working relationships with customers, designers, project coordinators, and other staff to provide an outstanding customer experience.

  • Work a series of critical reports daily to assist the team, taking personal responsibility for their completion and accuracy.

  • Provide world class customer service to our customers.

  • Be a part of the team, ready to jump in wherever needed.

  • Other tasks to support the overall team as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:


  • Strong phone communication and customer service skills is paramount.  80% of the day is spent on the phone working with our clients, partners and contractors.  Call volume = approximately 100 calls/ working.

  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Self-Directed worker capable of staying on task with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent written communication and business email skills.

  • Experience using Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs.

  • Great attention to detail.

  • Ability to learn multiple computer programs and proficient typing skills.

  • Construction background or experience a plus.

  • Extensive background required.
