The Marketing Campaign Specialist develops, plans and executes marketing strategies to gain prospective customers and increase sales.  Analyzes marketing and sales data to drive key business metrics.  Develops and creates marketing material.

In this role, you will:                             


  • Develop, plan, and execute new marketing strategies and communication projects, ensuring content aligns with key messaging, fulfills strategic plans and reflects the organization's brand voice.

  • Drive key business metrics, including leads, MQLs, SQLs, and Opportunities, and track and maintain all demand and lead generation activities in CRM.

  • Analyze marketing and sales data from CRM and Marketing Automation platforms to develop insights. Make recommendations on areas for optimization to meet revenue targets.

  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities and cultivates new leads through account/contact research, email campaigns, direct mail, advertising, social selling, and other creative lead generation methods leveraging Salesforce to track all activity.

  • Leverage social media, web marketing, trade show activity and other marketing efforts.

  • Coordinate with vendors to produce promotional materials, marketing collateral, websites and other marketing communications materials.

  • Analyze data, sentiment and trends; makes proactive and strategic recommendations based on data.

  • Establish and maintain the marketing calendar as well as individual campaign timelines.

  • Establish, maintain, and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.

  • Collaborate with immediate management and team members within the department or function.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Experience and Education


  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university required.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a marketing, sales, demand generation, or lead generation role.

  • Foundational knowledge of specialized disciplines, industry practices and standards, acquired via academic instruction and/or relevant work experience of substantially the same level.

  • Develops solutions to defined tasks, typical assignments and projects. May be solved by the application of specialized foundational knowledge, using existing approaches and solutions.

  • Must have experience working in Marketing Automation, CRM, Lead Generation, and other marketing technology platforms.

  • Strong analytical, organizing and planning skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.

  • Proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations.

  • Strong stills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Other Requirements

This position requires the physical ability to perform extensive repetitive motions in using a computer and the routine use of other office equipment.  Work is typically performed while sitting but may require occasional heavy lifting.  Must be willing and able to perform all job-related travel.
