The Sr. Marketing Project Management Associate will be a key player in coordinating Armanino's brand initiatives, documenting findings making recommendations and ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met, particularly in the product development process. This position will ensure the corporate marketing department's brand and analytics area is delivering accurate intelligence to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree. Marketing major preferred.
• 3 to 5 years experience in a marketing environment.
• A high level of project management accuracy and attention to details is of utmost importance
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency and understanding of basic marketing principles such as targeting, segmentation, branding
• Proficiency in using web tools to gather data

The Sr. Marketing Project Management Associate should have a solid understanding of the components of a marketing needs assessment and integral knowledge on how the marketing planning process integrates into areas such as positioning, value proposition and segmentation. This position should be comfortable overseeing and making recommendations based on synthesizing data from various sources. The Account Project Associate should also be detail oriented and able to coordinate tasks simultaneously in a fast-moving environment. Documenting, organizing, reconciling research, making recommendations and project management will be a key component of this position.

Essential Job Duties:

• Work with the Marketing Analytics Analyst to ensure research is completed and assembled in a timely manner.
• Form conclusions and recommendations for marketing leadership review.
• Project manage and communicate to stakeholders on timing, deliverables and status.
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and distributing intelligence on products, market conditions, competitors, target audiences or other research components as needed for business decision-making.
• Document, collect, organize, and analyze research components with a critical thought process to ensure project objectives are met in a timely manner.
• Contribute to client and account team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and staff meetings.
• Assist in creating reports and preparing presentations with the ability to write and communicate clearly.
