Job Description:

The Campaign Project Analyst supports campaign managers (Business Partner Managers) to create and execute the integrated communications to customers and physicians. This position performs the campaign setup tasks to run targeting for the suite of campaigns.

• The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work with cross functional teams: campaign management, QA, and other business and IT partners


• The position is responsible for creating campaign cycles and monitoring campaign executions: campaign run, QA approvals, and file release authorization


• Provides support to lead Business Partner Managers to ensure timely and errorless campaign executions


• Responsible for guiding business to define requirements, following process to execute one-time communication targeting requests with a high level of accuracy within quick turnaround times


• Provides initial triage for communication research & investigations


• Creates consolidated reports in response to campaign triage requests


• Supports Communication Intake process for new campaign builds and major change requests


• Maintain campaign inventory documents


• Provides recommendations to improve quality, effectiveness and efficient operations


• Standardizes and documents process across various lines of work

The Communication Experience Delivery Campaign Management Department is highly integral to the success of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBPM) business and plays an active role in business strategy and implementation. This position presents an opportunity for exposure to health care and for professional development in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 2 - 5 years equivalent work experience


• Detailed oriented


• Campaign Management Operations background with hands-on list execution experience


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders managing multiple deliverables


• IBM Unica Campaign user experience a plus


• Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities


• Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues


• Ability to manage client expectations while providing high-quality customer service


• Knowledge of PBM, or Healthcare industry preferred


• Understanding of IBM Marketing Operations (IMO) or a Marketing Resource management (MRM) application is a plus


• High level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm, a hands on approach to problem solving, and a personality that fits a fast paced, energetic and proactive organization


• Self-motivated team player able to work independently and in conjunction with other stakeholders


• Must be a current contractor with Cigna, Express Scripts, or Evernorth. Evernorth is a new business within the Cigna Corporation.
