Who we are looking for

The Identity and Access Management Application Integration Manager is responsible for leading the efforts to onboard business and IT applications into the wide ranging suite of Identity, Access management and privileged access management tools, processes and technologies. This is a technical role, based in the US, but with an enterprise and global scope that bridges application tecnnology, IAM technology and processes and security policy and compliance.

What you will be responsible for

As the Identity and Access Management Application Integration Manager you will

• Collaborate directly with senior application technology owners on the adoption of IAM technologies and processes.


• Develop technology, processes or other approaches to accelerate adoption.


• Collaborate with IAM technology and solutions teams, security architecture and engineering teams to build and deploy strategic and tactical solutions to enable IAM adoption.


• Manage a team of technology SMEs, business analysis and project managers who drive compliance and solutions to accelerate application adoptions.

• Wide and deep experience in an application development and deployment role that exposure and experience on a wide range of application enablement technology, servers, middleware and databases.


• Experience leading large applications transformations initiatives, especially related to application adoption of security and architectural standards.


• Strong architecture, design and solution oriented skills and mindset, that can balance long term needs with the need to reduce risk and exposure quickly.


• Excellent communications, with the ability to communicate across diverse audiences, application developers, cyber and risk teams, and

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science, in Computer Science.


• 10+ years experience in management multiple application development teams.


• Knowledge and experience of development technology and practices, Java, Web and application tiers, database technology, Agile and other methodologies


• Knowledge and experience of Identity and Access management technologies and processes
