Centralized Title Services:  Provides nationwide title, closing and settlement solutions for mortgage lenders.  Matches deep industry knowledge and expertise with advanced technology to offer a full suite of services that can be designed to meet customer's specific requirements.


 


Responsible for supporting Centralized Title Services (CTS) by proactively working with management to develop and implement policies, procedures and training plans to assure compliance with government regulations, maximize efficiencies and consistently meet and exceed service levels.  Serves as subject matter expert for a line of business, using comprehensive knowledge of business line operations and demonstrated understanding of business issues to deliver actionable recommendations for complex operational, systems-related and/or customer issues with possible financial risk.  Accountable for executing against process while continually seeking process efficiencies and customer satisfaction.



  • Evaluates current procedures and practices for accomplishing group objectives to develop and implement improved procedures and practices

  • Prepares and presents results of analysis to management and works with managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements such as capacity planning, volume forecasting and unit costing

  • May partner with other groups to define business requirements and provide testing support as part of solution design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

  • May facilitate communication to resolve problems and advance strategies

  • Manages basic to moderately complex production efforts and projects requiring the coordination of resources, budgets and deadlines.

  • Prepares project plans, effectively manages own time and applies project management principles with attention to detail and follow through

  • Collaborates with applicable cross functional teams to align process requirements with project deliverables

  • Tracks delivery of project objectives and supports effective change management strategies

  • Maintains project risk registers and assists with identifying risk mitigation strategies

  • Creates and designs solutions that assists operations in meeting core business objectives

  • Delivers and may develop specialized product line process and service trainings

  • Works with management on any "at risk" account relationships for possible enhancements to improve and strengthen the relationship

  • Interacts with varying levels of management, customers and systems to determine solutions to meet the needs of the business

  • Communicates and advises management of any issue(s) and identifies a plan to resolve issue(s)

  • Facilitates meetings with the team to share the process and progress of items

  • Maintains and develops client specific matrix documents

  • Assists with developing production and performance routines

  • Creates audit checklists and process for all functions

  • Reviews scoring for errors with leadership (annually)

  • Documents processes, procedures and policies

  • Reviews negative KPI with management to create solutions

  • Reviews all business unit communications and disseminates relevant information to the team

  • Participates in QC meeting

  • Trains new associates

  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management



  • Requires expanded conceptual and practical knowledge within own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

  • Participates in cross-functional projects and may lead project workstream

  • Works with limited oversight

  • Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members

  • May lead projects with controllable risks and resource requirements

  • Works within broad guidelines and polices

  • Impacts quality of team or project objectives

  • Solves complex problems

  • Analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgment and precedents

  • Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner

  • Leads others to consensus

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred

  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
