Service Concierge at MORRIES AUTOMOTIVE GROUP in Golden Valley, Minnesota

Job Description:

Morrie’s Auto Group is looking for a Service Concierge to join our team. If you are motivated, detail oriented, and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced working environment, then we have an opportunity for you.

Essential Job Functions:

• Shuttle customers to and from home/work while their car is being repaired


• Assist with filling and other office duties


• Hand washing/vacuuming vehicles


• Run customer’s cars through the car wash


• Assist with other guests during high traffic times in the service drive


• Pick up parts if needed


• Move vehicles for technicians


• Keep service aisle neat and orderly


• Answer phones in the service department


• Greet customers on the service drive


• Work as a cohesive member of the service team to direct customers, handle customer relations, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the advisors.


• Filing repair orders


• Other miscellaneous duties as requested

Qualifications/Skills:

• Reliable and punctual


• Solid driving and parking skills


• Must be able to keep up in a fast paced environment


• Clean driving record


• Valid driver’s license
