Overall Purpose:

Position will provide lead solution architect function for onboarding new services and enabling new capabilities on the AT&T Business Salesforce platform with particular focus on the configure, price, quote, contract and ordering functions.  Defines the technical solution and provides leadership for evolving architectural capabilities for the entire solution.  Works closely with platform Enterprise Architects and System Engineers to ensure that individual program and product strategies align with overall platform business and technical objectives.  Scope of services includes the full suite of AT&T Business services, including data transport, voice, mobility, edge solutions and security services.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Specifies the capabilities and their interactions that comprise the end to end, integrated architecture for onboarded services.
  • Works with product line solution architects to understand specific product needs and existing systems architecture. 
  • Assesses ability to simplify and transform service by moving it to Salesforce.
  • Drives solution toward use of standard, configurable platform capabilities and minimizes the need for custom code development.
  • Works with solution architects supporting ServiceNow, data integration and digital experience to optimize the end to end solution.

Job Contribution: Expert level technical professional. Advisor on technical knowledge and ATT technologies.

Education: Preferred Masters of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; or equivalent experience.

Experience: Typically requires 8-10 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.
