  1. Essential Functions
     


    1.       Purchase products and ensure that products and services for production and main office conform to specified requirements by acquiring supplies of the highest quality, lowest total costs, delivered on time, and in the proper quantity.

    2.      Data entry of all purchase orders for the technical department

    3.      Complete process for purchase orders to obtain items or services

    4.      Follow up on all purchase requisitions to ensure items have been ordered and are on schedule for an on time delivery.

    5.      As needed research parts required for the technical department and order as necessary

    6.      Manage process of DSSI, MFG-Pro and Procard

    7.      Act as a liaison between management and vendors who provide services

    8. Responsible for ensuring payment is made to vendors providing goods or services and determine rout of payment

    9. Prepare reports for key measures- cost summaries, crib usage, and maintenance activities

    10. Responsible for retention of reconciliation reports, invoices, and purchase orders

  1. Education and/or Experience
          6.1        High School Degree or Equivalent
    6.2       Knoweledge  of DSSI and MFG-Pro strongly desired
    6.3       Intermediate computer skills with MS Office, Word, Excel
    6.4       Must be highly trainable on new computer software systems
    6.5       Experience with INFOR or other maintenance management software packages strongly preferred
    6.6       Basic mathematical skills required
    6.7       Ability to read, analyze, write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
    6.8       Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
