Overview:
The Ohio Department of Education, Center for Strategic Operations, is seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented individual with demonstrated experience in coordination and schedule organization.
Major Responsibilities & Duties:
Supports, assists and helps ensure success of the Center for Strategic Operations, Office of Policy & Legislative Affairs and Office of Research, Evaluation & Advanced Analytics by independently performing non-routine administrative tasks (i.e., independently formulates decisions &/or judgments involving non-legal interpretation of policies & procedures):
Performs secretarial tasks to assure organizational demands are met:
Performs other related duties as assigned:
Completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college; 12 mos. exp. in secretarial/administrative professional field.
-Or 30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in secretarial/administrative professional field.
-Or 12 mos. exp. as Administrative Professional 2, State of Ohio Job Code 16872.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
