Ultimate Billing is looking for Account Managers to join our team!

Are you ready to be the foundation to the working relationship for clients?

As the Account Manager you will drive most of the customer relationship through regularly scheduled meetings with the customers and with ongoing support provided in between those meetings.  

.      

What your impact will be:


  • Serve as liaison between assigned customers and Ultimate Billing.  This includes filtering all information/ requests between the two parties.

  • Ongoing Support would include, but are not limited to things like To Dos (internal product messages), customer emails, calls, review of account specifics to ensure teams are performing their tasks accordingly.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels of their assigned customers (front desk to owner/CEO).

  • Communicate effectively back to our internal staff if information is needed for them to perform their tasks accordingly.

  • Maintain constant oversight on customer KPIs (including but not limited to, inactive claims, claims on hold, days in AR, overall AR, denial counts/trends, etc.)

  • Work with the internal staff or customer accordingly to resolve any KPI that is slipping or under set requirements.

  • Work with insurance carriers on identified more complex denials and complex services that need to be appealed

  • Understand and meet Business Unit goals with regard to implementation, revenue, and performance metrics.

What we are looking for:


  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required as this position needs to communicate with all levels of the practice's staff from front desk to owner/CEO.

  • Ability to identify financial trends through reporting tools and escalating these trends (good and bad) to both the practice and our internal staff.

  • Prioritizing and identifying customer issues that can be handled within the team vs issues that need to be escalated to the next level of management .

  • Communicate effectively in both writing and oral communications to the customer about the overall status of their account, any trends or issues we are seeing, etc.

This increases first-time billing accuracy and shortens the reimbursement period to ensure you maintain a positive cash flow. If required, we do secondary billing to patients. Unpaid and aging claims receive attentive follow up until they are resolved. Activity reporting is provided monthly. Performance reporting is provided quarterly. This reporting cycle improves your return on claims and provides data to improve your practice.
