FT Cafe Server (Kendal) 80 hours per pay at Kendal-Crosslands Communities in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

Kendal~Crosslands Communities, a Life Plan Community located in Kennett Square, PA has a FT opportunity for a Cafe Server position at our Kendal at Longwood location.  The hours for this position is below:

-7:30am - 3:30pm.

This position also requires working every other weekend and holiday.

Essential Functions:  Serving Residents, staff and guests by preparing and serving meals in the Café area.  Keeping salad bar, beverage area, and counter top clean.  Provides high quality of service in a friendly and efficient manner; providing information to help with food and beverage selection; operation of Point of Sale System.  Assisting in food preparation and sanitation of the Café as needed.  Assisting Residents and guests in navigating Café serving and Dining area.

Qualifications & Experience: Must have excellent customer service skills.  Must display a cheerful, friendly and helpful demeanor at all times.  Must be capable of operating Point of Sale terminal.    Must be capable of operating Café and kitchen equipment safely.  Must be able to follow and give written and oral instructions, and otherwise communicate and receive communications orally and in writing.
