SEI has a challenging career opportunity for an Identity & Access Project Manager. This position requires an experienced, adaptable individual who possesses a combination of business, management and technical leadership skills. The Project Manager is responsible for detailed planning, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and execution of technology operations projects.

You should understand the concepts of digital identity, access management, application entitlements, Multi-factor authentication, Single Sign On & Federated authentication.

What you'll do:


  • Manage and maintain inventory of assigned Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects

  • Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with various internal and external teams and vendors

  • Organizing, managing, and directing project delivery tasks, assuring proper application of PMO standards, tools and methodologies in project work and deliverables.

  • Actively planning and managing risks and issues, ensuring adequate contingency planning and issue resolution occurs throughout the project's lifecycle.

  • Provide periodic updates to key stakeholders

  • Proactively stay abreast of business and client needs and design and visualization trends

  • Define strategy & roadmap for technology related enhancements to IAM technologies and related tools.

  • Provide ongoing evaluations of technology solutions and capabilities to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Liaise closely with business teams, operations teams and other technical teams to gather business requirements for IAM project.

  • Ensure creation, review and signoff of deliverables in a timely manner

  • Work in a fast-paced, team environment, keeping up with ongoing business requirements and priorities.





















What you bring to the table:



  • Bachelorof Science in Engineering or Computer Science or applicable area of study.

  • Aminimum of 5 years of Project Managementexperience, specificallyin the Identity & Access Management space. This includes digital identity,access management, application entitlements, Multi-factor authentication, Single Sign On & Federated authentication.

  • Experience managing the rollout of a new authenticationproduct is highly preferred.

  • Musthave working experience in a matrix organization with distributed teams.

  • Experiencein design, development, test, and implementation of technology enhancementsand releases for applications and systems
