Job Description:

The Accounting Coordinator will have responsibility for hotel accounting, reporting, management of accounts payable and receivable for the hotel, night audit, payroll, inventory, and general cashier while complying with all Shaner Hotel accounting procedures and corporate policies. The Accounting Coordinator will also be responsible for Human Resources duties to include help wanted postings and onboarding of new associates.   


2+ years of accounting/financial experience within the hotel industry; Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field preferred.
 
Excellent communications skills; bi-lingual (English / Spanish) a plus. 
 
Superior people management and computer skills required.
 
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 
Perform other tasks in relation to hotel needs.
