ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.


  • Prepares monthly invoices by lines of business (LOB); Validates monthly billing data that supports invoices;


  • Ensures revenue assurance for billing data by analyzing and interpreting a variety of complex contracts.


  • Works and interacts with other groups within Stride to ensure accurate billing, e.g. Systems, Client Services, Operations, Sales;


  • Reviews monthly invoices in NetSuite and Salesforce Billing; Ensures billing activity is booked to the correct revenue account and is recognized properly in accordance to the revenue recognition policy;


  • Performs general ledger receivables and accounting support activities;


  • Researches customer billing inquires;


  • Reconciles customer accounts;


  • Calculates customer commissions;


  • Reconciles general ledger accounts to the sub ledger aging;


  • Reconciles other accounts receivable accounts monthly.


  • Assist in the preparation of month end cash reconciliations for accounting

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree AND


  • Five (5) years of billing experience OR


  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to clear required background check

Preferred Qualifications: 


  • Highly ethical professional with strong business acumen

  • Ability to be exacting, thorough and attentive to detail, while still meeting deadlines

  • Ability to quickly and appropriately respond to external Auditor inquiries

  • Strong team working and communication skills

  • Above average Excel skills

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Netsuite ERP systems
