Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Welding Operator jobs:

6+ months experience in MIG welding, TIG or stick welding

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Solid work history (working one job for a year or more).

Must be able to stand or walk throughout an entire 8+ hour shift

Must be able to lift up to 44lbs

Squat, bend and reach throughout 8+ hour shift

Must be able to work overtime when needed

Pay rates starting at $17.70/hr, plus overtime as needed!

Pay increase after 6 months

$300 sign on Bonus

Quarterly incentive pay!

We have openings on first shift Monday-Friday 6:30AM - 3PM
