We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative to:
Education:
Minimum – High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred – Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum – Six (6) months of previous experience in an office or customer service environment.

If you are hired into a department that has already gone through the redesign process you will be hired into one of these positions. However, if you are hired into a department that has not yet undergone the redesign process, it is likely that the scope of your role and/or the location you report to may change once your area goes through redesign.
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.

Work Schedule:
80% FTE, 32 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fridays off). One late night rotation per week. No weekends or holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
