Contract Sourcer at Bio-Rad Laboratories in Hercules, California

Job Description:

Bio-Rad is seeking an experienced Sourcer to build a diverse and talented pipeline for our Manufacturing, Sales, Engineering and Scientific roles. This is a 3-6 months contract assignment to support our hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation utilizing a variety of platforms including Linkedin, Hiretual, Indeed and our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS ).


• Proactively source using Boolean and alternative search techniques


• Develop and build a diverse pipeline across technical and non technical roles.


• Attend meetings with Recruiter and HR Business Partner to understand pipeline needs, and how roles fit into the organization.


• Conduct initial interviews and provide seamless transition to the Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• 2+ years sourcing experience for passive talent, preferably in life science, biotech, pharma or engineering.


• Experience building diverse pipelines.


• Highly detail oriented, self starter with strong follow up and follow through skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication.


• Exceptional time management skills.


• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple time sensitive tasks.


• High proficiency with MS Products (Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams).


• Strong work ethic and tenacity.
