 Who we want… (Requirements)

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and minimum six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate would have experience in customer billings in the construction industry. 

Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, Excel, and e-mail applications. CMiC experience or other construction cloud-based software knowledge is a plus. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate efforts with internal Gray personnel as well as external Gray customers.

What we expect… (Essential Functions)


  • Process monthly customer and miscellaneous billings primarily within a cloud-based integrated accounting system.

  • Prepare cost support back-up for monthly invoices to customers as required by customer contracts.

  • Record and post cash receipts timely in the accounting system.

  • Research and provide documentation for billing inquiries from project teams and customers.

  • Update and communicate weekly receivable activity to management.

  • Assist with project cost audits.

  • Support backup functions for the Accounts Receivable team as required.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Generally, normal office environment where noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled.  Overtime may be required.
