Report to HR Director; manage benefits, leave administration, and company-wide compliance requirements. Provide support to Director and coordinate the administration of policies, procedures, and programs. Specific Responsibilities include:
Manage team member benefits programs including all components of open enrollment and new hire onboarding
Provide day-to-day internal customer service to all team members, utilize HRIS for data collection and report generation for decision-making and plan design components, maintain carrier portals to ensure current data and accuracy, assess service levels of carriers and broker, audit and reconcile carrier invoices, and make recommendations for improvements to existing and future programs
Handle leave administration including worker compensation processing, OSHA reporting, Leaves of Absence: FML, PFL, DBL, etc.
Ensure compliance through proper reporting, communication, as well as providing training and resources to management
Work in partnership with Safety Coordinator on workplace incidents, reporting requirements, and team member follow-through
Work in partnership with Nutrition Services Team to manage wellness program
Work as part of the HR Team to support all business units
Lead and/or participate in team member engagement events
Utilize HRIS for data collection and report generation; prepare and analyze reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company
Partner with management to communicate HR policies, procedures, programs, and regulations
Recommend team member relations practices necessary to establish to positive employer-team member relationship
Assist in and/or handle company-wide communication
Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as needed
Handle other projects as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in related field or Associates degree plus min 5 years HR experience
Experience in benefits administration and leave administration required
Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft® products
