Sayres is seeking an Analyst with active Secret security clearance, verifiable in JPAS.

Position is located in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities, Qualifications & Clearance Requirements

Responsibilities

• Design test and data collection plans for exercises.


• Lead observer aboard exercise units to coordinates observation and data collection efforts to support exercise reconstruction.


• Develops exercise messages.


• Reconstructs exercise events.


• Analyzes exercise results IAW the Analysis Plan


• Primary author of analytical reports, such as Reconstruction and Analysis, Cross or Focused Study and Annual Reports.

Education, Work Experience, Skills, and Clearance Requirements

• Six years of Navy experience relating to ship/submarine/aircraft operations and warfare tasks.


• Two years of experience in managing complex projects or programs.


• Experience in the use of analytical software tools (i.e., Matlab, Statistical Analysis Software)


• Capability for preparation of briefings, reports, and correspondence that are technically correct.


• Possession of excellent analytical problem-solving skills


• Secret security clearance.
