Property Manager at Housing Management Resources in Edgewood, Maryland

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager for our Apartment Community, Village at Lakeview, in Edgewood, MD. In this position you will be tasked with managing approximately 223-unit residential property. The work will require knowledge of affordable housing programs such as Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and HUD. You will be surrounded by our dedicated Resident Services and Maintenance Team to help deliver a well-rounded service to our residents. You will have the support of our Senior Management and an ongoing commitment to training and professional development.  

 

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lead the team, organize and prioritize work


• Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with others


• Ability to manage and problem resolve tenant concerns


• Working knowledge of affordable housing programs, such as HUD and LIHTC


• Previous experience in Property Management


• Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a bonus
