The Opportunity

• Seeking Hospitalist Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician assistants and nurse practitioners with national certification
• Current state license is a plus

Burlingame Skilled Nursing - Burlingame, California

• 281- beds facility designated for extended care
• Schedule will be Monday - Friday 40 hours/week, no nights/weekends/call
• Rounding at two Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Initial H&P will be done by a physician, Advanced Provider usually performs follow ups and discharges
• Expectation is two patient encounters/hour plus discharge notes
