Essential Job Functions:
The Accounting Assistant works in the dealership office supporting the store(s) by completing stock-in, billing, and titling of new/used cars along with general accounting functions and other duties as assigned.
Must have general accounting knowledge and experience
Must have computer proficiency
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Integrity, a positive attitude and strong work ethic required
Be a reliable Team Player
Must be able to maintain confidential information
Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is preferred
Dealership experience is preferred but not required
