Directly support production for Copeland Brand Compressors, condensing units and component parts by hand and in conjunction with automated equipment. At a starting wage of $17.00/hour for FULL TIME PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBERS, new members join our 500+ employee manufacturing operation in Sidney, Ohio. There is a $1.00/hour shift incentive for 2nd and 3rd shift. 


  • Manufacturing enviroment with growth opportunities.

  • Essential employer supporting production for Copeland Brand Compressors, condensing units and component parts by hand and in conjuction with automated equipment.

  • Understand and meet standards for acceptable part and product quality.

  • Responsibilities for various functions for the assembly line and must be capable of doing any job on the line, interchangeably on a regular basis.

  • Mandatory overtime could consist of 9 hours per day and Saturdays. Sunday's, if needed, are voluntary.
