The Global Account Director is responsible for supporting the worldwide commercial relationship with Apple. This includes driving our products' attachment to Apple platforms. Based on the global strategy, they will execute the plan, align it globally by category and help drive the execution forward.
This role will be focused on strategy execution, account management and
align Logitech's Global Apple ecosystem goals.
Internally, they will work with his/her regional commercial and product peers to
coordinate resources to ensure account and GTM strategies are being
executed to plan.

Relationship Management. Develop a deep understanding of Apple's business, markets, needs, and expectations as well as Logitech's competitive/partnership position. Aligning with the Global Account Director to manage customer communications through customer contacts with regional commercial organizations, establishing trust and credibility
Commercial Strategy. Execute commercial and GTM strategies for the account in line with global and regional business objectives, including identifying and presenting opportunities for value growth (new business) & initiatives (current business). Develop and drives sales opportunity plans, processes, and strategies that mutually benefit both businesses
Stakeholder Management. Work effectively in a matrixed organization and ensure collaboration between regional and global resources to meet the needs of the global Apple relationship. To maximize value and drive initiatives, leverage cross-functional and geo-distributed teams as appropriate by following up, providing feedback and working to
remove productivity/relationship barriers
Cross-functional partnership. Collaborate with the regional product, sales, and marketing teams to align on key strategies and communications, as well as internal and external customer needs. Discover opportunities to broaden relationships with Apple to include discussions with the Brand, New Product Development / Innovation, Marketing and Retail teams
Reporting. Track & report global business performance and forecasts on a regular weekly/quarterly/yearly reviews, understand business dynamics, and generates relevant insights, apply deep-dives & recovery activities
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Experience in relevant aspects of Apple business models and partner landscape
Ability to build strategic partnerships with customers based on a solid background in sales & account management.
Program management experience with knowledge in adapting international programs to local priorities, regional program creation, execution, and evaluation
Inspiring personality with excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Structured, highly driven, and a solution-oriented person with the ability to work successfully in multi-functional matrix organizations with strong skills in stakeholder management.
Strong ability to drive and coordinate projects
