Sales Managers are the guiding force of the Werner Brokerage, managing a team of Carrier Sales Representatives, who are charged with developing new carrier relationships and growing business. Our Sales Managers are multi-talented individuals, responsible for building and maintaining a personal book of business, while helping their team of Sales Representatives learn the industry's nuances, grooming them to become master negotiators.People in these roles obviously need to have strongcommunication skills and the abilityto multitask, but there is more to it than that. We are looking for high energy, enthusiastic workers that are confident in their decision making.

Our Sales Managers are responsible for helping their team achieve their monthly performance goals. Since they're so deeply entrenched in the daily operations of the business, leadership frequently looks to them for feedback on tools, processes and other opportunities for improvement.
