Our medical technology team is currently looking for a Director to join our team in Minneapolis, MN

The Director will work closely with Managing Directors to maintain client relationships and develop new relationships. The Director will also play a key role in executing transactions for the medical technology team, including running due diligence, drafting persuasive selling memorandums, and working with the team's vice presidents, associates and analysts in reviewing projection models and valuation analysis. The Director will also work on establishing their own client relationships on their path to Managing Director

• Minimum of 5 years of industry and transation experience
• Significant M&A transaction experience
• Strong quanitative skills and knowledde of coporate finance and financial analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client management skills
• The ability to handle multiple projects
• The ability to mentor and develop junior staff
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills
• MBA or equivalent work experience in transactions
• Series 79 and 63 or willingness to obtain
• Healthcare experience preferred
