Role: IT System/Support Analyst
100% Remote Opportunity
•PROJECT: eSignature migration. DocuSign to AdobeSign. Also operational support of AdobeSign and legacy DocuSign.
•IT systems support with a background in healthcare with a solid understanding of security and privacy requirements around that industry.
•Cloud based eSignature support, integration and setup experience, specifically AdobeSign.
•This is an internal customer facing role so requires expert customer service skills and the ability to work with external Vendors.
•Complete discovery and implement integration request utilizing best fit features.
•Work operational support objectives and meet SLA's.
•Complete account move/add/change/delete (MACD) request.
•Identify opportunities to automate manual task, provisioning, Change task and add alerting/monitoring features with self-healing features.
•Keep customer contact and integration information updated in a single point of reference.
•Ensure all peak season and HA/DR requirements are met.
•Ensure all security and privacy requirements are met and complete audits to ensure compliance.
•Have an Engineer (SRE) mindset to meet guidelines around proactive monitoring, alerting, reporting and solutioning
•Complete the migration project by deadline successfully
